Having served in a directorial role with CBRE’s Chandigarh operations, he has advised leading corporates, developers and institutional clients on complex commercial leasing requirements. His deep understanding of a brand's needs, market dynamics and transaction strategy makes him a highly sought-after consultant within the Commercial real estate ecosystem.
Mr. Pujara’s extensive professional network and ability to navigate demanding leasing mandates add significant value to businesses seeking the right commercial space on commercially sound terms.
Beyond real estate, he is an avid cricket enthusiast and a dependable white-ball all-rounder—bringing the same strategic thinking, competitive spirit and team-first approach to both the field and the project .
Mr. Ashwani Kumar
CREX Consulting Partner — Real Estate Finance & RERA Advisory
Meet our financial and regulatory expert, Mr. Ashwani Kumar, who brings over 30 years of experience in real estate finance, accounting and compliance.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has worked with some of the Chandigarh Tricity region’s leading real estate corporations, developing deep expertise in project finance, financial structuring, regulatory compliance and transaction assessment.
His specialisation extends to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority framework, including RERA advisory, compliance reviews and audits conducted for real estate corporations and financial institutions. His ability to simplify complex financial and regulatory matters enables clients to make better-informed and more compliant real estate decisions.
Outside his professional work, Mr. Kumar is deeply engaged in spirituality and reflective writing. He is authored the book titled "Godhood Within" and another one in the works, which explore questions of personal growth, consciousness and purposeful living.
Mr. Vijay Banati

Mr. Banati is an accomplished interior designer with over 24 years of experience in planning and executing functional commercial environments.
Having worked within one of the country’s leading FMCG organisations, he possesses a strong understanding of corporate operations, workplace requirements and the practical demands of business spaces. His expertise lies in translating organisational needs into interiors that balance functionality, aesthetics, efficiency and brand identity.
One of his key strengths is his natural ability to coordinate multiple agencies, vendors and execution teams simultaneously. This helps simplify the interior development process for clients while supporting smoother timelines, better communication and greater control over project delivery.
From initial planning and design coordination to fit-outs and final execution, Mr. Banati brings structure, practical insight and dependable oversight to every commercial interior mandate.
Beyond his professional work, he is an enthusiastic long-distance cyclist who enjoys taking on extended routes—reflecting the same endurance, discipline and steady momentum that define his approach to projects.
Mr. Vivek Sharma
Founder & Principal CREX Consultant
Mr. Vivek Sharma is the Founder and Principal Consultant of CREX Consulting, leading the firm’s strategy, client relationships and day-to-day operations.
Project marketing is his core area of expertise. He works closely with developers and investors to understand a project’s potential, define its market positioning and develop practical strategies for outreach, lead generation and sales. His approach combines local market intelligence, buyer understanding and focused execution to ensure that each project is presented to the right audience with clarity and purpose.
Alongside project marketing, he advises clients across corporate leasing, property transactions and real estate investments. He also coordinates with CREX’s subject-matter experts to provide clients with integrated support across finance, RERA compliance and commercial interiors.
His working style is built around honest advice, responsive communication and long-term relationships. He remains closely involved throughout every assignment—from understanding the requirement and evaluating opportunities to negotiations, documentation and closure.
Outside real estate, Vivek is a passionate cricketer, marathoner, mountaineer . The sport & adventure has shaped his perspective on work i.e. strategic, composed and strongly team-oriented—qualities he brings to every client mandate at CREX Consulting.
